Winter is an overlooked season for great
vacation experiences and corporate retreats. There’s nothing better than sitting by a
roaring fire, in a rustic log cabin at Lonesome Duck, after an
exhilarating day of cross-country skiing or snowmobiling on the
hundreds of groomed, public trails throughout the Klamath
Basin. Local snowmobile clubs
have members who are willing to guide you to places of extreme
beauty! (In fact one of the most scenic trails is right behind
us, up on the rim overlooking our area!) Make us your home base
for a day spent snowshoeing around the rim of Crater Lake
National Park...or hookup with dog sledders who are mushing
their dogs in preparation for the Chemult Dog Sled Races in
January.
